Okay, I'm pretty sure that this is the last time I'm going to submit this same picture 
. I think I was able to mix all the best elements of both of the other backgrounds in here. I got the "rain" element in there, I got the "night time" thing, and I also got some red in there to pick up on the edges of her dress 
. Still, I think the glowy edges make some of the shapes less defined 
....
